Connecting persons with disabilities and their advocates (adaptive community) to the tools and resources needed to live their best lives.

An incubator and accelerator, each initiative will incorporate into separate non-profit, for-profit, or hybrid business that focuses on the core client (adaptive community) and embodies IDEAL Values.

Members of the core adaptive community are:

• Person(s) with Disabilities (PwD)
• Primary Advocates – Person(s) legally and financially responsible for the well being of PwD  

  Government, Business, Non-Profit – Three Sectors with a Common Purpose

Asset growth & retention achieved in the most cost-effective ways with success measured through the lens of the client experience. All three provide the following resources:

  Leverage technology to deliver virtual experiences connecting the Adaptive Community to a curated and verified list of resources. 

Phased rollout.

  Design, develop, and deploy a scalable community center. 

 A company organized around the 3 sectors to:

1. Support non-profits on maximizing and sustaining their impact. 
2. Assist for-profits in identifying opportunities when hiring, training, and managing PwDs and/or their advocates. Work with healthcare and financial services industries to identify, implement, and measure programs to better engage the adaptive community.
3. Guide government regarding regulations that affect the adaptive community.
